Hiring Process
Shamrock Vacuum Services, Inc. imposes rigorous safety requirements related to driver employment. Potential drivers are required to have previous oilfield trucking experience and an unblemished driving history. In addition, all potential and current employees are subject to routine / random drug and alcohol testing. 

Company-Owned Fleet
Our fleet of trucks and trailers are completely company owned, allowing us to oversee ongoing and preventative maintenance along with DOT maintenance and inspections.

  • Daily auditing of electronic fleet management safety system
  • On-site assistance with high-potential and critical job tasks
  • Pre-employment safety orientation training for all employees
  • Monthly safety meetings and other required safety training sessions
  • Supervisor training and assistance:
    • Proper jobsite usage of job safety analysis forms (JSA)
    • Tailgate safety meeting forms
    • All other site-specific safety documentation and permits
  • Internal safety audits of in-house safety processes
  • Daily “unannounced” on-site safety reviews of ongoing projects
  • Accident, incident, and near-miss investigations
    • Overseeing and coordination
    • Communication of findings to all Midway facilities 
    • Minimization of risks for potential future incidents
